What is included in your catering packages?
Packages typically include menu items, serving staff, equipment, and setup/cleanup services.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the number of guests, menu selections, service requirements, and event location.
NOTE: 50% non-refundable is required to secure your date, the remaining balance is due the day prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event to use the deposit credit for a future event.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, check, and credit cards (with an additional 5% fee).
Is pick up available?
Pick up is available; the address is provided after order finalization and deposit receipt.
What happens if you are late to pick up food?
A $30 late fee applies after a 15-minute grace period. Please notify us at least 3 hours in advance if you'll be late.
What is the turnaround time for a quote from date of submission?
The turnaround time for a quote is 72 hours.
